pumpkin bread (whole wheat...yummy)

preheat oven to 350 degrees
grease and flour 3 small bread pans (7 x 3'ish)

mix wet ingredients in a large bowl:

1 can pumpkin
4 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup applesauce
2/3 cup water
2 cups sugar

mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl:

3 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger

mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
stir in:
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
til just blended.

pour into the prepared pans. bake for 50-55 minutes til toothpick comes out clean.
