combine:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup or molasses)
couple of minced cloves of garlic
couple drops of hot oil, if you like
in a 9 x 13 pan,
pour sauce over chicken thighs (skinless) or boneless ribs or thick pork chops, etc.
bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until meat is done.
the sauce is really good over steamed brown rice, or over cooked carrots or steamed broccoli.
