chocolate tofu pie

procure one of those already made graham cracker crusts
in your microwave, melt a 12 oz bag of good chocolate chips (i use ghiradelli dark chocolate)
in your blender, put a 1lb tub of silken tofu that's cut into big chunks
add the melted chocolate chips to the blender as well
add a capful of real vanilla
blenderize w/ the cover on til it's all mixed well...this takes a bit of occasional stirring
pour into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate at least an hour
